Friends of the Earth Ireland is seeking an independent external
evaluator to work with us on a consultancy basis from March **Apply on
the website** until the end of our 3-year multi-annual project due to
finish at the end of August *.
OVERALL AIM:
The external evaluator’s role will be to measure the overall impact
and the extent to which expected outcomes of the project have been
met. The evaluator will also identify the lessons learned from the
project and make recommendations for how Friends of the Earth can
improve future GCE projects.
OUTPUTS:
* Develop and agree a suite of M & E tools for use by the FoE team
* Mid-term evaluation report (August *)
* Final Evaluation Report (end of August *)
including an Executive Summary
